& my reasons to install our “Whistle Blower” policy.
First, to anyone reading this message who doesn’t consider their membership in the Omega Group to be a real or potential membership in Family: If this message is frustrating or irritating for you, you may change your mind as your life progresses. If not, no problem for us, there will always be at least two kinds of people in our Group. If this work is only a part of your journey let us know your goals, define your contribution to our goals and the rewards you expect for achieving them. That’s why we have the “Career Review” program. Let’s negotiate and agree with your strategy and contract for the time needed for your accomplishments on a Win-Win basis.
For Ewa, Adam and Ben as members of the founding families who have invested all of their working careers in the Omega Group and for Kinga and I who have invested much more than half of our careers – the Omega Group is our Family. There are many more members who have invested all or more than half of their career with us, and the number is growing every day. It is according to plan to hire interns with bright young minds to help us evolve in changing times and promote them from within whenever possible. We will bring in new top talent who we hope to match us. This gives us, I believe, strength in hard times and more reasons to celebrate the good times. You can’t choose your natural family, but in the Omega Group we can build a family built on trust, loyalty, commitment, integrity and proven character. For me, ITSA good and my own best business plan.
My formation was American, for most of us it is Polish. We all come from strong, resilient traditions. I have been personally blessed with Faith and my mother would discover and never tolerate any lie. Any discoveries of conflicts were addressed with open cards, immediately – we settled with a wide range of outcomes, but no surprises in the process. I will not change. Every member of leadership must share with me an understanding that all our decisions directly affect the home life and mental health of our growing Omega Group family.
Our intention and the fact that we all struggle and do our best to deliver leadership, advice, products and services and achieve our goal of making a better future together has to be proven every day.
Next you will learn more about our internal and external Whistle Blower program. The society we operate in demands it of us externally. Internally, I rely on the people in the Omega Group to share not only their best ideas and opportunities for our progress and success but also to warn us about internal troubles. We must keep our promises to each other. We must not lie to each other. We must recognize mistakes and correct them. We will recognize threats and remove them. We will not tolerate a Soviet system using falsehoods against others for self-benefit. I am committed to and believe we are developing a team of people with wisdom and goodwill for all to defend us from any threats internal or external.

Dla Ewy, Adama i Bena jako członków rodzin założycielskich, którzy całą swoją karierę zawodową zainwestowali w Grupę Omega oraz dla Kingi i dla mnie, którzy zainwestowaliśmy znacznie więcej niż połowę naszej kariery – Grupa Omega jest naszą Rodziną. Jest o wiele więcej takich osób, które zainwestowały tutaj całą lub ponad połowę swojej kariery, a liczba ta rośnie każdego dnia. Zatrudnianie młodych i zdolnych stażystów jest zgodne z planem, gdyż pomaga nam ewoluować w zmieniających się czasach, a także promować ich od wewnątrz, gdy tylko jest to możliwe. Sprowadzamy do nas nowe, najlepsze talenty, które mamy nadzieję, dorównają nam. Wierzę, że to daje nam siłę w trudnych czasach i więcej powodów do świętowania dobrych czasów. Nie ma możliwości wyboru swojej naturalnej rodziny, ale w Grupie Omega możemy być rodziną zbudowaną na zaufaniu, lojalności, zaangażowaniu i uczciwości. Dla mnie to jest najlepszy biznesplan.
Urodziłem się w USA, większość z Was jest Polakami. Wszyscy wywodzimy się z silnych i trwałych tradycji. Zostałem pobłogosławiony Wiarą, a moja matka odkryłaby i nigdy nie tolerowałaby żadnego kłamstwa. Wszelkie konflikty były natychmiast rozwiązywane, graliśmy zawsze w „otwarte karty”, ale bez niespodzianek. Ja się nie zmienię. Każdy członek kierownictwa musi rozumieć, tak jak i ja to rozumiem, że wszystkie nasze decyzje mają bezpośredni wpływ na życie domowe i zdrowie psychiczne naszej rosnącej rodziny Grupy Omega.
Nasz zamiar oraz to, że wszyscy dokładamy wszelkich starań, aby zapewnić przywództwo, doradztwo, produkty i usługi oraz osiągnąć nasz cel, jakim jest wspólne tworzenie lepszej przyszłości, musi być udowadniany każdego dnia.
W niedalekiej przyszłości dowiecie się więcej o naszym programie „Whistle Blower”. Otoczenie, w którym żyjemy, wymaga tego od nas. Wewnętrznie polegam na ludziach w Grupie Omega, którzy nie tylko będą dzielić się najlepszymi pomysłami i możliwościami osiągnięcia sukcesu, ale także ostrzegają nas przed wewnętrznymi problemami. Musimy dotrzymywać danych sobie nawzajem obietnic i nie możemy się wzajemnie okłamywać. Musimy umieć rozpoznawać błędy i zagrożenia i je korygować. Nie będziemy tolerować systemu sowieckiego posługującego się kłamstwami przeciwko innym dla osiągnięcia własnej korzyści. Zależy mi i wierzę, że tworzymy zespół ludzi obdarzonych mądrością i dobrą wolą i jesteśmy w stanie obronić się przed wszelkimi zagrożeniami.
